Terms & service information

This website provides travel service information and prepares inquiries for LGS Travels & Tours. Generating a PDF, sending a message or choosing a service does not confirm a reservation, application submission or visa approval.

Quotations & availability

Confirm all fees, taxes, inclusions, dates, availability, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund conditions directly with LGS before payment. Flight and hotel availability may change. Sri Lanka routes shown are custom itinerary ideas, not confirmed fixed-price packages.

Visa applications

Visa types, durations, eligibility, document requirements and processing depend on the relevant authorities and your circumstances. Approval and entry are never guaranteed. The LGS team must confirm currently available options.

Insurance

Insurance coverage depends on the issuing insurer's policy wording, exclusions and limits. Ask for and read the policy documents before purchase.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining permission to share documents belonging to others. Review your customer profile before sending it. The PDF is an inquiry record and is not a visa, airline ticket or insurance policy.

Illustrations

3D scenes illustrate travel services. Depicted aircraft, uniforms and destinations do not establish an airline partnership, live route availability or guaranteed package inclusion.
